Christian Kendall-Daw has been in senior leadership roles since 2008. Previous experience includes being Deputy Head, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Head of Sixth Form, Housemaster and Senior Tutor. Teaching experience includes philosophy, politics, religious studies, history and the EPQ. Having been a Regional Coordinator for ISTIP, Christian has worked extensively with the development of Early Career Teachers. Studies for a degree in archaeology at the University of York were followed by degrees in philosophy and theology at the Gregorian University in Rome, leading to a further degree in Medieval Studies at the University of Wales. An ISI Team and Boarding Inspector since 2012, Christian was trained as a Reporting Inspector in 2022 and leads inspections nationally and internationally. Prior experience also includes being an external examiner for AQA and OCR. Christian is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching.
