Two-year freeze on fees
In recognition of the importance of stability and forward planning for families, we are pleased to confirm our commitment to maintaining current fee levels until 2028. By holding fees at current levels, the School aims to provide parents with greater certainty while continuing to invest in academic excellence, facilities, and the breadth of opportunities available to pupils at Queen’s Gate.

Fees include the cost of most textbooks, basic stationery, photocopying and pupils’ personal accident insurance. Additional disbursements are charged termly.

REGISTRATION FEES
There is a Registration Fee of £160 (£192 incl. VAT).
The Fee Deposit is 50%* of a term’s fees and is payable on acceptance of a place. The Deposit will be set off against the final term’s disbursements.
DEPOSIT – UK RESIDENCE
An applicant whose parents both reside permanently in the UK, who is offered and accepts a place at the School, must pay a Deposit of 50% of a term’s fees on acceptance of a place.
DEPOSIT – OVERSEAS RESIDENCE
An applicant who has at least one parent residing permanently overseas, who is offered and accepts a place at the School, must pay a Deposit of one full term’s fees on acceptance of a place.

If an extra subject (eg music tuition) is to be discontinued, a full term’s notice must be given to the Bursar, in writing. In the absence of such notice, the fee for the ensuing term becomes payable.
