Following her degree in English Literature, Carol headed to the Bar. Since being called to the Bar in 1996, Carol has practised from Littleton Chambers in London. She specialises in Employment litigation and professional discipline. She has a recognised expertise in discrimination law and high-value Employment Tribunal litigation, commercial employment matters in the High Court and regulatory work, with a particular emphasis on financial services, education, and healthcare. Carol was
appointed a Queen’s Counsel in 2021. Carol lives in London with her husband, two daughters and an assortment of pets.
