Occasional Places

Occasional Places Available – September 2026 Entry

A small number of places are available for September 2026 in Junior, Senior and Sixth Form. Please contact Mr Jim Denchfield, Director of Admissions admissions@queensgate.org.uk to find out more or arrange a visit.

Our usual points of entry are at Reception, Year 3, Year 7 and Year 12. However, where vacancies arise, we are pleased to consider applications for Occasional Places.

Applications for Occasional Places are considered on an individual basis and are subject to availability in the relevant year group. The admissions process will vary depending on the age of the applicant and the time of year, but will usually involve a registration form, assessment, interview, and a reference or recent school report from the applicant’s current school. See below for further details.

We know that joining a new school outside the usual entry points is an important step. Our Admissions team will support families throughout the process and help ensure that each girl makes a happy and confident start at Queen’s Gate.

To enquire about an occasional place, please contact the Director of Admissions: Telephone: 020 7594 4982, Email: admissions@queensgate.org.uk
