Charlotte de la Peña has spent her career championing girls’ education across a range of schools. After teaching at Wimbledon High School, she went on to become Head of Theology, Philosophy and Ethics at Cheltenham College before moving into senior leadership as Head of Middle School at Queenswood in Hertfordshire. With an academic background in Classics and Philosophy, Charlotte combines intellectual rigour with a strong commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding. She has a particular interest in wellbeing within high‑achieving school environments, contributes to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s multi‑agency safeguarding training, and serves as a safeguarding governor. Outside the classroom, she is a keen runner and yoga enthusiast, and she shares her working life with the school dog, Margot – a much‑loved spaniel with a notable talent for boosting morale and stealing biscuits
