After completing an undergraduate degree in Modern Languages in 1988, Jonathan began what would become a 35-year association with Japan: firstly as an English teacher for two years on a programme sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Education and then for more than 30 years in a career in finance.
He has been involved with Queen’s Gate since 2000, firstly as a parent of two daughters who both attended the school from reception to sixth form, and now as a governor.
Jonathan also sits on the Finance and Compliance subcommittees.
