The sciences are taught by specialist teachers in our well-equipped laboratories and ICT is incorporated into lessons using the most up-to-date computer technology. French is taught throughout the School; Latin is introduced in Year 5, and Italian, Spanish, Mandarin and German are offered in Years 4–6. Teaching is differentiated to ensure the progress of pupils at different levels of ability; challenge and enrichment opportunities are offered to all pupils, but are targeted at those who benefit most from intellectual adventure beyond the curriculum.
