School Trips

Our excellent location enables us to take advantage of all that London has to offer in terms of museums, art galleries, theatres and places of interest. We make regular visits to The Barbican for concerts, the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, the Science Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Polka Theatre. Many of these outings lead to cross curricular work; a recent visit to the Courtauld Institute provided the opportunity to study aspects of Art, History and French.

We also travel further afield on day trips to destinations such as Highclere Castle, Juniper Hall, the Discovery Centre and Kew Gardens

Residential trips are important for both educational reasons and personal and social development: IIB (Year 4) visit New Barn in Dorset, IIA (Year 5 ) spend a week on the Isle of Wight and III Form (Year 6) spend a week in York. These trips take place in the summer term.
